Set the body text of this tooltip.

Demanded by Dewey's tooltip design, a single-line preference is needed. if preferred single-line, tooltip will have a wider max width up to R.dimen.dewey_tooltip_max_width_wide, otherwise it will use narrower max width.

Be aware that this property DOES NOT guarantee single-line due to uncertainty of localization, in fact, it only adds different width restrictions.
